Boai NKY was founded in 2003 and is currently the world’s largest manufacturer of PVP and the second-largest producer of PVM/MA. With international subsidiaries in China, Europe, and Japan, supported by a global distribution network, the company has achieved a strong international presence.

Boai NKY offers the well-known KoVidone® and PolyKoVidone® product lines, which include pharmaceutical excipients such as Povidone, Crospovidone, and Copovidone.
